We want you to feel confident and empowered in your TALA gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
